I would think that the VA would be motivated to fund this if they saw promising outcomes from studies. Have you already presented them with such? A partnership with ODU may possibly provide sufficient volunteers, research partners, publicity, etc. Student veteran's group(s) could be a possible source/venue for fundraising at ODU sports events or campus events, as they're always looking for good causes to support. I'm just thinking out-loud and jotting down a few of my thoughts. I have a family member fairly high up in the VA that may be willing to visit your facilities in Norfolk and see the potential impact you could provide to veterans. Another avenue could possibly be going through the Portsmouth Naval Hospital.

This is still not a covered treatment for brain injury. I will shoot you an email tomorrow regarding why the va and insurance are not providing funding or covering this treatment yet. Have a great night!
